References and policy numbers for solicitors

Morning,

I have added a firm of solicitors on as a contact, but need a place to enter the patient reference code (exactly as you would for the insurance companies)... but I can't see a field for this. 

I know that I could just enter them as an insurance company instead, and then use the policy number field, but I have found that this results in the same compny being entered twice when someone is looking for them under the contact group 'Law Firms' and can't find them so adds them again!

If I've missed it, please feel free to let me know where I should be looking... otherwise, could we have this field added to the Law Firms contact details please?

Hi There

I believe you can add a 'patients reference code' in the 'set up clients contacts screen' via tools and system options.

In this case I think you would add 'patients reference code' in the law firm 'text heading' field.

If you then go to your client details screen you will see your newly added field in the contacts area.
