I have done previous back ups but I've opened them and they don't seem to have all my patient details?? Isn't the back up supposed to include this?? please reply ASAP

you decide which folders go in your backup and if you include the DATA folder then this will include your patient records.

the backup is a zip file and in order to access the details within the file you would need to restore it to your pps system (which is not recommended as this will overwrite your current database).

i am not sure what you mean by
