when making telephone reminders, if you get interrupted and do no complete the task, when you go back into the reminder it says that the call has been made, how do you mark the reminder that it has not been done?

Hi

you can either the reminder by removing the "completed" details, or use the "postpone" option (if the reminder pops up then there is a "give me 5 minutes" option which i quite like and often use if i am in the middle of something else.
