hi all

is it possible after having a telephone conversation with a patient to ad/document this to their treatment episode/notes.

at present i have been recording all scheduled and unschedule calls with patients as a consultations. which is ok, but does cause some confusion, as i don't charge for the calls, and it is not necessary to show when printing out notes

When I asked, I was told that the best place to record this is from the activities menu (at the top) and use "client contact note" as the way forward. Hope this helps.
